LEVANT Apartment

Our apartments, classifield by the Var Prefecture, are located in a 2000 square meters landscaped property, 80 meters away from the Almanarre beach.

Each apartment has got an Inverter Air Conditionning.

The apartments are located on the north-Western shore of the Giens Peninsula.

The Giens Peninsula is connected to the main land by a double Peninsula, which has two long and beautiful beaches, the Almanarre Beach on the west side and the Bergerie beach on the east side. In between there is a nature reserve for migrating birds such as flamingos.

The property is closed and secured 24/7.

It is ideal for families with youg children as well for windsurfing or kitesurfing.

Ideally situated as well to visit the beautiful islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant, just off the peninsula.

LEVANT APARTMENT’S DESCRIPTION

This apartment is located in a closed and secured 24/7 property which offers inside a private parking for your vehicle.

The apartment Levant is for five people with a 40 m² surface.

It is equipped with an INVERTER Air Conditioning.

It has a private garden with a terrace, a barbecue, a parasol, a clothesline and outdoor furniture : two deckchairs, table and chairs.

Moreover, you have freely access to a laundry room with a washing machine inside the property.

In this apartment you will find :

• A living-room with a table, six chairs, a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed for two, pillows, covers and a flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a four burners stove, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a micro-wave, a “Senséo” espresso machine, a toaster, cookware and tableware.
• A bathroom with shower, toilets, a sink with mirror and storage.
• The first bedroom is equipped with two 90 x 190 cm beds, pillows, covers, clothes storage, night table and lamp.
• The second bedroom is equipped with 140 x 190 cm bed, pillows, covers, clothes storage, night tables and lamps.

All our beds are equipped with protect-mattresses and protect-pillows changed after each departure.

If you need we have a high chair and baby cot at your disposal.
